How long is the shipping time?

We ship within 24 hours with the GLS parcel service. Austria: If you have the goods sent to the jeweler, they will be ready for collection within 2 days.

What can I do if I don’t like my order?

If you do not like your order for any reason, you can return any piece to us in its original condition within one week. Please use the original packaging. The return costs must be paid by you.

What is a carat?

Gold quality is measured in units called carats. In our company there are only 14k and 18k gold products.
